Q. Do I have to provide a link back to your site?
A. No, paid accts do not have to link back, but, can if they wish to - logos are provided here & via your cPanel or you can do a text link or even create one to match your site =)
If you have a free acct gifted either by me, a contest win etc - then yes you do have to provide a clickable link back using either Link Logos available, a text link or a graphic you made to match your site.

Q. I see other hosts offer unlimited bandwidth and/or space, why don't you?
A. Many web hosting companies offer "unlimited" as a plan feature. It is impossible for any provider to actually provide an unlimited amount of bandwidth or disk space. It's just not possible.
Web hosting companies that provide unlimited space/bandwidth as a plan feature are banking on the fact that you won't use very much. Unlimited is a marketing trick to get your business. The web hosting market is very competitive. Selling plans that pretend to be unlimited are dishonest.
Most Web Hosts who offer these gimmicks also bundle together thousands of other customers on a single web server - reliability and performance invariably suffers.

Q. How long until my site is available?
A. Your site will be available within 1-12 hours after the nameservers are set to mine

Q. Why do you ask for a set-up fee?
A. Because it takes time & resources to set up each new acct, this fee however, on request can & will be waived for repeat customers, just be sure to contact me first so you receive the special code to use when ordering your 2nd, 3rd, etc accts

Q. Do you offer 24/7/365 customer support
A. yes & no. Fact is I run this company on my own, that being said it's impossible to be here all day long, however, I am here at the very least once in every 24 hour time frame, I do not take holidays or weekends off, the longest anyone has had to wait due to my fault, was 18 hours, on avg I answer in 1-6 hours

A. if the content is legal adult as far as the United States government is concerned, then yes.

Q. What type of payments do you except? How often can I pay?
A. I accept paypal & money order in USD funds
you can choose to pay monthly, quarterly (every 3 months), semi (every 6 months) or yearly
If paying via money order, you must choose either semi (every 6 months) or yearly pay term.
